With the establishment of Broiler Meat Holding Zrt. In 2016, our company group expanded to four members, thus achieving the current company structure.
As a classic holding company, BMH has become an integral part of the company group: the founding families are the shareholders of BMH and Zrt. Appears as the owner in the group of companies. In addition to its ownership role, Broiler Meat Holding is engaged in commercial activities, which generate annual revenues of over HUF 100 million. In addition, the holding company played an important role in the group’s investments – on the one hand in terms of financing, and on the other hand with its own investment and its integration into the group’s operating companies.
