Our company has a long history: the legal predecessor of Bro-Ker-Bét Ltd. Started its activity in September 1989 as a family business.

Despite continuous development and expansion, we have retained our core values to this day and intend to continue to do so in the period to come.

Five years ago we have produced 18 million breeding eggs annually, this number has now risen to 39 million following our expansion.

Our story started in Újhartyán, which is still the main base of our group of companies. Thanks to the investments of the last years and the expansion of our sites, we can serve the needs of our partners to the maximum.

We are convinced that the sacrificial and persistent work of our team, as well as our constantly growing and developing organization, will continue to provide security and predictability for our partners and employees.

Ménich András, Kiszel Pál, Temesi István

The Kiszel, Ménich and Temesi families, who founded the company group, still jointly own the companies and work together for the further development of the company group.

In addition to the founders, the members of the second generation started working more than 10 years ago: this decade of joint work and gradual handover of tasks ensured a smooth generational change, the organic transmission of deep-rooted corporate values and a solid foundation for the group’s future development.

The primary activity of the Company is poultry farming. The company also provides agricultural advice, services and trade.

Herbro Ltd

The main activity of the company is the production of hatching and meat hybrid day-old chicks. The hatchery operated by Herbro Ltd. Is owned by the company.

Bro-Bio-Tojás Ltd

In 2020, at the end of a 13-month project, Bro-Bio-Tojás Kft.’s Hernád Educational and Production Plant was born as a result of a greenfield investment, which means another 14,500 square meters of barn space.

Broiler Meat Holding Zrt

The holding company played an important role in the group’s investments – on the one hand in terms of financing, and on the other hand with its own investment and then with its integration into the group’s operating companies.
